Q. Can I
volunteer?
A: Of course. We
have many tasks where we need help. Example: face painting, henna
painting etc. If you are interested, please email us at events@janyaa.org .
Q: Can I run
or walk 5k/10k?
A: Yes. You can walk
or run.
Q: What if I am late
for the event, but my timing was good.
A: You need to be
part of the race at the scheduled time and participate in the event
with rest of the others. If you are late, your timing will increase
by your delay. So please make sure you are on time.
Q: I won tickets in
a contest. Will I get free T-shirt?
A: No. Only those
who paid full fee are eligible for T-shirts.
Q: Do we need to
register kids under 10 since they are free?
A: No. You are not
required to register them unless you want a bib and T-shirt for them
in which case you will have to pay full amount.
Q: Will I be
guaranteed the right size T-shirt?
A: Only if you
register before Oct 1st. Also, if we get unexpected response in the
last few days of the event, then we might not be deliver your
T-shirt on the day of the event. In such a situation, we will let
you know where it can be picked up at a later date. Thank you for
your understanding.
Kindly note that
this is a fun event and we would like to keep it that way without
any disputes.

right to change the timings/venue of the event. All decisions of
Janyaa team are final.
